Mission Critical projects are projects focused on services and equipment whose failure or disruption is likely to lead to a catastrophic event. At Concept Commissioning, we understand Building Tuning is an extension of Commissioning Management activities. The intent remains the same, only this time we have data from a live facility, gathered regularly over a period of time. This data may be from the Building Management System (BMS), or the end-users, such as Facilities Management or office staff. At Concept we are adept in the detailed analyses of data collected from the BMS and Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) surveys, in assessing whether design requirements are being met or require further fine-tuning.
